Two Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of pumpkin puree (not pie filling!)

  • 1 box of Spice Cake mix

  • 1 can of cream cheese frosting (optional if you want to turn your muffins into cupcakes!)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or arrange baking cups into tin.
2. Stir the pumpkin and cake mix together until a batter forms (be patient, it will happen!).
3. Fill each muffin 2/3 way full.
4. Bake for 18-20 min until toothpick comes out clean.

(Let cool before icing if you opt to add the cream cheese frosting!)
 
(Yields 12 muffins)
